<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n Lisa Kudrow (c) Sensacine.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Lisa Valerie Kudrow was born in the Encino<\/a> neighborhood of Los Angeles<\/a> on July 30, 1963, the daughter of Nedra, a travel agent, and Lee Kudrow, a doctor who specialized in treating headaches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She has an older sister, Helene, and two brothers, David and Derrick.[3]<\/a> She was raised in a middle-class Jewish<\/a> family and had a Bat Mitzvah<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She is of Belarusian, German, Hungarian, and Polish Jewish descent. Some of her Belarusian ancestors were from Ilya<\/a>. Almost all Jews in Ilya were murdered during the Holocaust<\/a>, including Kudrow's paternal great-grandmother. Her paternal grandmother later left Belarus for Brooklyn<\/a>, where her father grew up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Kudrow attended Portola Middle School in the Tarzana<\/a> neighbourhood of Los Angeles.
