Albion entertained arch-rivals Crystal Palace in the M23 derby at the Amex in the Premier, the match being broadcast over the airwaves on Talksport 2 and BBC Radio Sussex Sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following their 2-2 draw at Leeds United on the 11 March, Albion Head Coach Roberto De Zerbi made two changes to his starting line-up from that game, with Levi Colwill and Danny Welbeck coming in for Adam Webster (injured) and Evan Ferguson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early in the second-half keeper Whitworth made a fine save to keep out a shot from Pervis Estupinan. Play resumed after a short stoppage caused by a power-cut and Whitworth excelled in keeping out a header from Alexis Mac Allister and subsequently the Argentinian's fine run ended with a shot into the side-netting. There was a let-off for Albion near the end when Steele's pass-out was intercepted by substitute Naouirou Ahamada and luckily Ahamada's shot flashed wide of the goal and three more valuable points were added to the Seagull's account. The winning goal by Solly March was excellent.
