B & H ALBION - 8TH PREMIER LEAGUE CAMPAIGN ABOUT TO BEGIN
The Albion visit Everton on the 17 August, at the start of their eighth consecutive Premier League campaign. At the helm is new Head Coach Fabian Hurzeler, who was recruited from Bundesliga side St. Pauli in June 2024.
New signings to bolster an already talented squad, include forward Yankuba Minteh (19) from Newcastle United, midfielder Mats Wieffer (24) from Feyenoord, former Arsenal midfielder, free agent Amario Cozier-Duberry (19), forward Ibrahim Osman (19) from FC Nordsjaelland (Denmark) and midfielder Malick Yalcouye (18) from IFK Gothenburg (Sweden).
High profile transfers out include free agent midfielder Adam Lallana (36) to Southampton, midfielder Pascal Gross (33) to Borussia Dortmund, forward Deniz Undav (28) to VfB Stuttgart and midfielder Facundo Buonanotte (19) to Leicester City on a season-long loan.
Returning to the club as a mentor in the club's academy is former Albion player and Israeli international Tomer Hemed (37).
With one or two acquisitions in the pipeline prior to the closure of the current transfer window at the end of August (Brajan Gruda has signed from Mainz, and Albion have activated a release clause for Georgino Rutter from Leeds United -ed.)
The impressive showings in the four pre-season fixtures, the forthcoming season looks a promising and exciting one for the Seagulls and a top eight finish in the Premier looks on the cards. UTA.
