- 5–6 chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon Bartenura Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 2 tablespoons sautéed onions (see note)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (I use Moroccan paprika in oil)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Alfasi Cabernet Sauvignon or other dry or semi-dry red wine
