So August is almost over and Shabbos is coming in much earlier. It is just 5 weeks not only till Rosh Hashana, but in the western calendar till the first anniversary of the horrific attach which led to the Gaza War.
This has almost been forgotten by the Western Media who concentrate only on the destruction of Gaza which is the result of the war and Israel attacks on Hezbollah and in the West Bank.
We are very lucky to have Carolyne Davis who again has put the whole situation in its place. I thank her so much.
On a lighter note, Corinne Rachelle has brought us a recipe for Mrs Cohen's Cabbage. It looks very interesting and just what the doctor ordered.
Jack Kaye I am glad to say has sent us his 2 chronicle of the Brighton and Hove Albion season, including reports on the victories against Manchester United and Crawley Town. I hope the tream can keep up its winning run, playing title favourites Aqrsenal next week.
You may be interested to know that last week we had over 200 visitors to the site which is very satisfactory. These included people from USA, Canada, Germany, Guernsey and Indonesia. Wherever you are reading this you are very welcome.
